They have pretty well anything you may need...a bit expensive, but to be expected.
Decent enough little grocery store/souvenir shop. More souvenirs than groceries, unfortunately. Go across the street to El Chomak for groceries. People here are nice, and I've bought stuff here. ATM sometimes works.
It is your typical convenience store. Nice folks though. Got the job done for what we needed.
