Possibly the only big super market in Isla Mujeres. Seems well stocked with reasonable prices. Food bakery section. Lots of fruits and vegetables, alcohol and almost everything else.

This store reminds me of the US Walmarts of the 1990's, but with a full grocery. You can find excellent deals on certain items, especially alcohol. Strongbow Cider was 17 pesos a bottle (96 cents American!). Their pastries are wonderful!! You can find about anything here, except a small bottle opener, as I found. 😂😂 I don't recommend the farmacia, as their prices are a bit higher than other local places.

Your dairy cooler is empty!!! No bove leche entera - no monte quilla who orders that? They’re doing a terrible job always out

In case you forget to bring your own grocery bag they sell one for 9 pesos and I ended up using it later as a beach bag. It was very handy and sturdy. Location is easily accessible if you have rented a golf car. Now there is a bus but do your research. They have a great wine selection if you ever get tired of beer or tequila ;) We bought breakfast groceries, coffee filters, a papaya, champagne, paper plates, beer and liquor for less than 50 dollars US. They take credit cards as well. I would suggest using an international transaction fee credit card though if you are trying to save even more. Think about it like a small Walmart or Giant grocery store.
