Zona Arqueológica El Caracol

It was just breathtakingly beautiful. Saw the crocodile an some gar fish.

Great scenery and wildlife.

We stopped here as part of our Jeep Tour. It's a bit cramped climbing to the top of the lighthouse, depending on the number of other tourists. Great view from the top. Nice to walk along the rocks at the water's edge. Also hold some mini Mayan Ruins, with iguanas. Across the inlet is a sanctuary for crocodiles and beautiful flamingos. Bring your camera and don't forget to go inside and sample the free tequila.
