Terrible service. They handed us the phone number of the manager, they recommended the service. He never came, he does not even deign to respond. The first time we asked for a day and time for mattress cleaning, we arrived and we were waiting. As I was not arriving, I had to contact the person in charge and informed us that he had a mishap in his car. Understanding the situation we reprogrammed it for a week later and it was confirmed. He hardly took the trouble to answer once again that he would confirm, but without defining a date or time, without offering an explanation. That is all. Total lack of seriousness. Very bad.
