If you are going to take a route through Auto Transportes Banderilla, I recommend you ask for the schedules in advance. You can buy tickets when you arrive at the box office and see schedules right there but when you know in advance you can go directly to the platforms and pay directly on the bus and so you can also line up in a good place before getting on. There are times when buses are saturated, so arriving 20 minutes in advance is ideal. Regarding service, I find a good service from all the staff; drivers do their jobs safely, very few accidents, as far as I know. The facilities are not luxurious but they are comfortable as long as there are not too many people waiting. Food is sold, there are bathrooms, etc.
