Great store, tons of great accessories, and of course very nice bikes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me excellent advice.

Physically the store is excellent, the distribution of products and variety I liked. Pity of the staff that resides in the establishment. Quite elitist, I felt the annoyance every time I asked a question, he never stopped using his cell phone and even felt that I was running when I repeatedly looked at his watch. If they treated me like that, I don't feel like leaving my bike for a service.

The brand is good by itself, but in this store they explain the characteristics of the bikes very well and therefore, you end up making an informed purchase. Also, they are quite attentive.
