Rancho Las Cascadas is absolutely stunning. The horses were beautiful and well trained. I spent most of my week riding Apache who is a little rocket! I loved him. I rode a few other horses too and honestly they are all amazing. Every day we took a different route and you see something new with each ride. The staff is so accommodating and make you feel at home. Discovering this place has been so good for my soul and I left a piece of my heart there. I cannot wait to go back.

The most relaxing and out of the ordinary experiences in my life! Riding the horses in these valleys are definitely priceless. Thank you to Jenny, Max and our wrangler Joel in making our experiences memorable. We will definitely come back!

AMAZING!! Given all the positive reviews, I think we already had fairly high expectations, but the Rancho completely knocked it out of the park. They have horses for all levels of riding, and they are great with matching you with the perfect horse, but you’ll probably fall in love with them all... The food was incredible, and while we didn’t have any dietary restrictions and asked for authentic Mexican cuisine, they can accommodate any preferences visitors have. The scenery there is stunning; we explored one of the waterfalls on our own with one of the ranch dogs as our guide. The pool is heated and great to swim in with a house made margarita, and the hot tub feels amazing in the evenings (just watch the mosquitoes!). And our suite...I don’t even have words, you’ll just have to see for yourself! We had such a good time that we’re already planning our next trip :)

Fantastic riding, excellent food, authentic elegant decor, extremely comfortable rooms. One of the best riding vacations you will ever experience.

Beautiful and so so so accommodating. Jenny, Max and all the staff made our family reunion unforgettable. I was unable to ride and it was still a great time.
