In the middle of the quarantine period, opening only two days a week, not only increases the number of people waiting in line, a line where even the 1.5m distance is not respected. Worse still, not all services are provided efficiently and effectively. And not being able to pay on time they are calling you and calling and calling. It is annoying, because it is not our fault but the bad organization

Terrible service, very dilapidated facilities and attending procedures implies hours and hours of waiting, it is always crammed with people ... I don't understand why Banamex has not invested in remodeling this branch and making its service more efficient !!!! It is located in a very busy district and its facilities and services are insufficient by the staff to serve the number of people we assist 😡
