Yesterday a lady from the Atlacomulco terminal answered me with a despotic and rude attitude, she believed that people like her should not be serving people because in case they have not noticed us, they eat and the way they answered me does not seem fair. It almost hit me, it was 6 o'clock in the afternoon and I no longer had time to report it, but I hope you will pay attention to the reports and really attract your attention, we are not to blame because these people are bitter or do not like their work ! ...

Terrible service and your staff is not really qualified, your despotic and bad mannered manager will sell you tickets for one truck and send you to another. Appalling!!!
