I wish I had read these comments before trusting in a practice of this branch that is terrible and swallowed my money returning a ticket that when clarifying has been without origin since there is no money left over from the cut of the box on that date. Terrible attention and I steal.

AWFUL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE SERVICE. It is worse than going to the government office. Only two people before my shift, 3 "executives" and a 2 hour wait. But that's if the lord of the tacos, the garnachas and others parade in the middle of the morning. And the employees are constantly going to hide for breakfast.

Terrible attention, I do not recommend it, they have hours waiting for you, they have many older people standing waiting for their turn, the workers spend their time talking around and do not help at all.

Horrible always full even before the pandemic worse now is worse

Unfortunately the customer service is lousy, and degrading; I understand the pressure that the staff has, however it is not a reason to give a poor quality service, since they receive you lazily and speak in such a way that they want not to assist you and do not give explanations of the problem that one wants to solve.
