Lousy service to give an account statement took more than an hour and a half and at the time of attending me the executive did not take more than 2 minutes, while there were four cashiers attending and two of them had no job since there were few people for that type of operations until we started complaining was how they deigned to send to a support teller, it is not possible that your branch manager does not know how to delegate activities to his staff and have so much time waiting for people, hopefully someone takes this into account and take action on the matter, they really leave your institution very badly

Bad service, sometimes if you go early, you must wait several shifts because they tell you they have no change, and they get upset. The tellers are not helpful.
