This cenote is about a half mile long and it snakes through the jungle. Its only a few feet wide in some places but fairly wide in others. We saw so much wildlife including fish, crabs, birds, and even two crocodiles! There is a bit of a current as you swim one direction, but it's nice to float back the other way once you get to the end. Our guide Javier was awesome and definitely worth the upgraded price! He explained some of the wildlife to us and helped us dive through the mangroves in a few spots. It was $35/person for the guided experience including a wetsuit and snorkel/mask. They also provide lockers with a lock and give you the key until finished, which was nice. We went toward the end of the day and there were definitely other people, but I wouldn't call it crowded. There were also people kayaking and stand up paddle boarding there. Would recommend instead of one of the tourist traps on the main strip!

Great staff, one crocodile, lots of great swa life too see, tarpon everywhere, snook, blue crab, birds, coconut crabs. 150 pesos entrance, rentals for masks, snorkels, flippers and lockers for 50 pesos each. Awesome place to explore for a few hours!

Beautiful and great for diving and snorkeling. The water is a tad salty and has current if you swim out.

Super nice place to eat in front of the Mar after some snorkeling at the Cenote. The food was delicious

Amazing experience diving deep under the mangrove! Super friendly staff. Off the beaten path and worth the detour.
