Mezzanine Hotel Tulum

Tasty and beautiful breakfast! I went for a different breakfast and found a gem! I asked for the Benedict eggs, fruit with yogurt and a cappuccino. Everything was brought to our table in pretty plates and with a smile on the faces of the people who attend the restaurant. I really recommend having the breakfast, also the view was amazing, the whole sea for yourself, a chill music, a great experience. Thank you! I will be back!

Came a few times over the course of a week in Tulum, staff are great and the food, drinks and service are wonderful. Not to mention the view. One of the best spots in Tulum. The breakfast is excellent, as is dinner.. Also a great spot to come to if you have to do a bit of work

I don’t like Thai food, but their food is incredible! Right on the beach and the staff is amazing. Abdel really took care of us the minute we checked into the hotel!! The rooms were so nice and spacious and clean. All of the amenities are definitely worth it!!

We went to the restaurant on a vacation date on a Saturday night. We sat at the bar while waiting for a table and it took the bartender 12 minutes to come over and ask us for our order. We then got placed at a table and the same thing happened with our server. We ordered appetizers and they took 30 minutes to arrive. We waited another 45 minutes for our food and I had to ask the assistant manager why the wait was so long (I saw other tables being seated and receiving their food and drinks before we did). They sent us over 2 tequila shots as an apology. Then one out of two of the main dishes was forgotten about. By the time our other main dish came I asked for the check which came back within a few minutes. We paid cash and left. The food was delicious but not worth the wait and the horrible service. I expected better.

They gladly welcomed me without having a reservation to eat at the Thai Restaurant. Rodrigo was the server taking care of my section and his hospitality was absolutely outstanding. I walked up to the restaurant a bit hungry after spending the day by the beach on Christmas Eve Da, and this server truly made my eating experience a lot better even cherished my day! I looked forward to go back and try more items from their menu, but I had to cut my trip short. However, the juices and their fish cooked in banana leaves were very delicious. Thank you, Chef!
