Food is great but service is very bad.

This could have been my favorite place as always looking for organic and vegan options. Great range of products and people are nice! ..but I found insects crawling inside my granola pack BEFORE opening! These are screenshots from a video I took and I m happy to come and show you the video! I love oganice but not this much!

This place is a necessary evil in Tulum, nowhere else can you get the selection of overpriced organic products they have, but the service is so bad it’s almost not worth eating healthy. I’ve been there four times and after each visit I have sworn never going back after being treated so poorly by the staff... Maybe this is actually the last time I go, there’s only so much meanness you can take.

A great place to shop. Lots of different ecological and nice things to buy. Their restaurant and café has great foods cooked with love,their coffee is good and good choice for vegetarians.

I always go to Gypsea market to buy food and today I went to the restaurant and the waitress treat us very badly and didn’t even let me seat to have some food, very disappointing to me! Make sure you have better people working to our place next time. This is not about safe distance to seat people because when it’s full they do not care when anybody sits...we understand the restrictions but apply them consistently and you won’t upset your customers.
