Hostel Che Tulum

Che Hostel Tulum and Playa were the worst hostel I visited during my whole trip in Mexico. Staff doesn't care about customer service, BOTH bookings had mistakes in them. I have to find another hostel for the first night. (I booked with hostel world, wich worked perfectly for the past 3 years except at Che. Old hostel, and you can feel it. I'd recommend going to another hostel to be honest. Count this review as if it was 5 people. as I was traveling with 4 other person.

Great place to land in Tulum, nice enough that people come here to meet their friends on the way to the later parties. Nikol at the door is savvy and helped us figure out where to go. Nicole behind the counter brings charm and a sense of home to breakfast. Filipe makes sure things run smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Great overall with nice people, activities and bar. Downsides: One night shower where cold. Bad AC performance in one room, ok in another. All you can eat pizza is disappointing, just order a regular pizza instead.

Beautiful accommodation with curtains around beds, great activities planned and fun shared space. I'd come back! Roja, the activities coordinator, gave us the best advice and guided a group of us to incredible snorkelling reefs!

The apartments and hospitality are amazing. It is truly one of the world's best hostels if you like meeting people from all over the world and drinking. If you are not social, the apartments are still great. I don't know the dorms, but the bar and buffet breakfast ($140) are outstanding. If you are there during an Argentinan asado (BBQ) that is very special treat. Only downside is the wifi in the apartments drops continuously but it might be fine in the main hostel. 10/10 recommended!
