Excellent location in La Veleta and walking and bicycle distance to the main sights in Tulum. Friendly staff as well. I highly recommend!

Located away from the Beach. Our Airbnb description was terrible. Driving to the location a GPS is needed and our cell service kept dropping. The paved road turns to a dirt road with ruts and pot holes and requires driving very very slow. The property has a pool. Thats about it. There was piles of garbage bags that had been sitting for quite some time. Our room had a bed and bathroom. No coffee maker. Nothing. Will definitely not be returning

Excellent attentive staff, clean spacious rooms. Good healthy breakfast. Keep in mind the hotel is surrounded by construction but so is all of Tulum lol
