Rancho Tranquilo

The place is dirty (bed sheets with blood, dust everywhere in the room, bathroom outside close to the dining table, dog’s owner walking around...) I was supposed to stay four night but I left just one hour after my arrival, the owner was drunk, very impolite, keeps my passport in a locker to make sure the entire nights will be pay. This hotel is a shame

This hostel has a lot of thought put into it. There’s a huge garden blocking out much of the noise from the main road and plenty of space to hang out or watch netflix. The kitchen is awesome, well equipped and the free waffle brekky is neat too. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that lets it down a little is the showerheads in the ladies baño are in serious need of repairs but it’s manageable for a few days. Don Snacky is cute af

It’s a great place! Full of beautiful trees inside the compound. Nice comfortable rooms. Good location in Tulum. It’s an interesting place to stay, and everyone is very friendly!

Booked this place last minute. Boy, am I glad I booked this place. Super chill vibe with 2 super cute dogs, a German Shepherd, called Shiva, and another fluffy one with a mohawk. The owner lives here too. It feels like a big family house where everyone is welcome. The check in time starts at 7am and closes at 11pm.

One of the last authentic Tulum hotels with a real friendly and welcoming vibe. Stay here if you want to have a real Tulum experience.
