Stayed for four nights in December 2020. Great rooms and friendly staff! Really nice environment and not too far away from the center. I would stay again

The hosts were so kind and helpful during my stay here. It's also in walking distance to great shops and restaurants.I highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Great fresh made and really comfy rooms with European Standards quality and great design. Only the soap was missing and a place to put your shower belongings during shower. You could rent bicycles there for free (they could be better maintained but are available and working).

Nice little place in Tulum. It looks like a regular house from the outside but the walls hide a very different place inside. The walking path is nicely laid out, there are bicycles to borrow and a common area/kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal (Don't forget the groceries!). Only a couple of minor issues - It would be nice to have insect screens for ventilation in the rooms while keeping the creepy crawlies out and an exhaust fan for the bathroom.
