Maison Tulum

Has a great restaurant, can't comment on rooms since I haven't stayed there.

Nice small (cheap) motel.... here you can feel local live... nice and clean.

Stayed here for 8 nights, amazing location and great staff. Room was bright and clean with AC in the bedroom. The property has a great roof top patio perfect for reading in a hammock with a cold drink. Will certainly be back! Thanks

My boyfriend and I stayed at Maison Tulum for a week back in March. We were in town for a destination wedding, and while a lot of the party stayed resort side, we couldn't have been happier staying in town - especially at Maison Tulum. Guillermo was SO helpful, gave us great tips, and was super nice. Everything was clean, water provided, air conditioning worked great. If we ever end up back in Tulum, we're absolutely staying here. You can't beat the price, location, or hospitality.

We booked a last minute trip to Tulum for NYE - therefore, plenty of places had no vacancy or were overpriced. Tulum Maison was off the Main Street in Tulum village, just far away to not be loud, but walking distance to just about anywhere you’d like to go! It was 150 peso taxi to get to the beach, or driving colectivo was 25 pesos per person. The hotel itself was very clean, had great A/C and ceiling fans, the staff were very accommodating (including making us to-go breakfasts / lunches for early morning tours). It’s very green and has a great rooftop. There is convinieron a restaurant at that bottom which we got to ring in the new year with the restaurant staff, and it couldn’t have been more perfect!
