La Palmita Budget Boutique Hotel

La Palmita is home away from home. I stayed here for nearly a month and could not recommend it enough. The wifi is super fast, the rooms are clean, the roof is really nice and the staff is very helpful. The location is unbeatable too. Palmita rocks.

The rooms were very clean, bed linen was fresh. Good location in the heart of Tulum next to shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly, especially Antonella who was so helpful and gave us brilliant advice!

Wonderful staff, nice hostal rooms with his owns tiny terrace each one, and a very relax area at the roof top, The place its a few steps from a Gomart and a couple blocks from the van station to Tulum beach, Hope to get back soon,

We had a wonderful stay at La Palmita, if you’re looking for a hotel on a budget this will definitely meet all your needs. We stayed for 5 days and paid around $130 total. Our room had a balcony and was very clean. The only downside to this hotel was the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable & the shower head was kinda ripped so we had issues with water getting on the bathroom floor. But other than that, the owners were very responsive, helpful and kind to us. This hotel is located a block away from the main strip of bars in downtown Tulum and can be a little noisy at night due to that but we were extremely happy with how walkable all bars/restaurants were to us. Tulum beach is also only a 15min bike ride or 10min car drive away. They also have a super cute rooftop.

For last minute stay it was perfect 👌
