Serena Glamping Tulum

Helpful and friendly staff. Great atmosphere and a tasty mexican breakfast. The cook was very attentive and kind. Our room was clean and our bed was made every day. We went up to the rooftop where you have a great view. The only downside was that there wasn't really anything to chill up there. It would have been better, if it were cozier.

My stay was tranquil and rejuvenating to the utmost! I was especially enamored with the beautiful aesthetic of the jungle bathrooms and of course the sweet people working at the front desk who were very helpful and kind. Leandro and Fernanda graciously assisted me in whatever I needed:) I would absolutely return to stay at Serena again. A great deal for such a beautiful setting, and so close to the beach.

Upon arriving, it was my girlfriend's birthday and the guy at concierge, Leandro, texted me on Whatsapp and asked if there is anything special I would like. She loves mezcal and he went to the trouble of picking up a bottle so that it was there when we arrived from the airport. The "jungle room" that we were staying in was very safe and convenient to all of the places we frequent when we are in Tulum. Leandro was very attentive and made the trip extra special from a customer service/availability perspective from food being brought to the door every morning and always having hot coffee available. The room also had 24/7 air conditioning which is a nice feature considering the price point.

Smelled terrible, dirty room, bugs everywhere, had to repeatedly beg for clean sheets and constantly loud at all hours of the day and night. Didn’t even warn guests of construction happening right next door - which occurred even as early as 1am.

Cute glamping hotel in front of the beach. Recommended for an authentic tulum style stay. Gracias Leandro por el excelente servicio!
