BE CAREFUL! They're sneaky and will try to get you to join their Tulum Destination Club before you know it. They use slimy sales tactics to do so. Property is so so. Food is of poor quality.

This place was really special. Great staff, location on beach was perfect, it's smaller and less "party-like" than other hotels, the rooms were great. Honestly, I was worried that something would be amiss, but it was just as good as advertised. Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful and the people here are sweet. The food is not that good at all though. I would not recommend to eat here.

Beware of vacation club salesmen roping you in to a "short" 2 hour presentation at the Cafecito. Oh well, it was worth it for a great beach club experience and passable food and drink. Would go back for a day pass but not joining the vacation club anytime soon!

Stayed here for our rescheduled mini honeymoon over Labor Day week. Beautiful hotel, excellent location. The staff was very friendly. The other hotel guests are mostly families and other peaceful couples, definitely not a party hotel (which we enjoyed). While our stay was overall very lovely, there are a few improvements I could point out. For the price point, the beds really could be upgraded. I'm not a fancy mattress sleeper by any means, but both of us noted how hard the beds were. We could definitely feel the springs through the sheets. Second, again for the price point, very few amenities are included. Everything is an extra charge. For the price, it would be nice if the bikes were included for the guests, our if breakfast was a little bit more than fruit and cold bread.
