I just loved it!! They have the most beautiful hammocks, such an amazing artisan work!!!! 😍
They have the very best hammocks in the world, diferentes sides, colores and material. And the price are accessible.
A pity honestly, the problem with being a "premium brand" is that the customer also expects premium service and not just a premium product at premium cost.
With the hammock itself there is no problem, but they advised us badly when buying some ropes that it was clear (for an expert, not a novice like me) that they would be very short for where we wanted to install it. The worst thing is that when exposing this situation there was not an apology, a proposal of how to solve it / return the product etc.
Unless they know exactly what they need for your situation, I can't recommend buying here as any quality after-sales support is worth your while.
