Sueños Tulum

Epitome of beauty and enchantment! Words cannot do justice in describing my experience at Suenos Tulum! From the moment that you step onto this one of a kind property you viscerally absorb the beautiful energy and magic of this stunning sanctuary. We were greeted by the amazing team with a smile and a margarita and immediately felt welcomed and at home. From hello, Cecillio, Sebastian, Ivan and the entire team went out of their way to create and cultivate one of the most magical experiences that I have had. I celebrated my birthday while there and the team even went as far as decorating my room! My room was exquisite and yielded the most magnificent view of the sea and one of the most beautiful white sand slices of heaven that I have ever seen. The food, the drinks, the yoga, were all served with authenticity and altruistic warmth making each moment a true experience. Tulum has sadly become very built up and can yield a Miami vibe however, Suenos has done a phenomenal job of retaining and expressing the Mayan culture and aesthetic. Hence, this is the perfect place to avoid that vibe and experience peacefulness and quiet away from the loud music and overdone scene. I am an avid traveler and Suenos Tulum is by far one of the most special places that I have experienced. Gracias Suenos Tulum!! I am counting the days until my return.

Stayed here in September 2020. Rooms and the grounds seemed brand new, we couldn’t believe that the was 15 years old! The owners were so laid back and easy going, letting us check in early and helping us with anything we needed. One nice aspect is that they only allow hotel guests on the grounds and in the comfy beach cabanas, so it’s always queues/never a rowdy party crowd. If you’re looking for an eco/boho-chic experience, beautiful combed beaches, and a quiet place to get away, this is it!

I truly loved this resort. Not the best for kids, but perfect for a city girl who needed a vacation spot that was off the beaten path.

The people were all super helpful and friendly and the room/overall property was amazing. Normally online pics of a hotel make it look nicer than it is, but Suenos was better in person. When we return to Tulum someday, I wouldn't even consider staying somewhere else. This was our honeymoon and it was better than I could've imagined and a huge part of that was the hotel and it's staff. Thank you all!!

Each room must have a sea view. An eco tourist hotel designed well but more for couples. The suite is more a double room rather than a suite by European standards. And tour recommendations were very expensive and poor in delivery so avoid the tour recommendations completely. Inclusive breakfast was a very small granola a mini croissant so great for those with a small appetite
