They flag you down at the entrance and make some pretty bold promises and kind of fail to deliver. They point fingers at the salesmen. They bait you in with promises of swimming with turtles and having a private section of the beach for you (which is semi true) a full day of chairs to sit on and lay in (just plastic chair no biggie) and umbrella. Water is super clean. Reef is super close. Was promised a full two and a half hour tour. Got about 15 min at tulum front side view. And about 40 min of reef snorkel time. I mean that’s not the full time promises but ok for price (if you’re a Mexican national) beach was kinda filthy. Sections had empty beer bottles and a TON of micro plastic here. Employees did not seem to care about how dirty the beach was. And people around seemed oblivious as well. Really big shame.

They gave us a good price, told us about the ruins, we saw turtles while snorkeling and I think we got good value for our money.
