I received my 200 hour vinyasa and Sivananda certification through yoga Navan last summer, and had a great experience. Michelle and Olga are excellent instructors. They know their craft well and create a warm friendly environment where future instructors can easily expand their yogic knowledge base and capabilities. The small class size of 5 students and 2 instructors really made the experience. It created an intimate setting where I got to know everyone well and also allowed all students to teach 4 hour plus classes by the end of the 3 weeks. This is rare in a teacher training and made me so much more comfortable and prepared to teach on my own. Tulum is an awesome little town as well. Fantastic experience overall!

Yoga teacher training at Yoga Navan was a transformative experience for me. Learning how to teach is a small and fun part of the training. Disconnecting from daily life and experiencing Yoga as a lifestyle beyond just doing Asanas was what I found the most valuable. If you fully commit and immerse yourself in the Yogic lifestyle for the three week duratio of the course you will love the results.

I had a great experience with Yoga Navan. The instructors (Olga and Michelle) are very knowledgeable, experienced, and work to meet the needs of their students. They are very friendly and I enjoyed getting to know them. At the training, I learned Vinyasa and Sivananda yoga. I was definitely a beginner when I started the training and the instructors were great at meeting me where I was and helping me grow in my own practice and as an instructor. I also learned a lot about the philosophy of yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques), and the correct alignment of each of the asanas. Tulum is absolutely incredible! It was so nice to explore the beautiful city in the evenings after classes and on the weekend. The people and memories I made during my YTT will last a lifetime. I definitely recommended Yoga Navan if you are looking for a YYT that is personalized and reasonable in price. ☺️
