Chopo San Juan del Rio

My wife has had two different sets of xrays done here in the last two months. In BOTH cases Chopo did not include the correct xray (or disk) in the envelope and she didn't notice until she was at her doctor's office. She wasted a lot of time going back to the lab to find the correct results. No one from Chopo ever apologised.

Horrible! After waiting 8 people I got that urine studies are not done on Sundays and that for a urine culture it takes 5 days to give the result, when everywhere it is 3 days. FATAL ATTENTION. All of that should be put on their page to avoid wasting time on this site.

I've been waiting 40 minutes for my dad to be taken in for an x-ray. Update: I have been waiting for 1 hour. Appalling!! For a plate they make you wait up to 3 days, everything is disorganized, they do not have staff, everyone pretends to do everything but they do nothing, they are rude and despotic.
