Bad customer service. I bought several freezers and they all failed; They are supposed to review them and leave them the same. They never answer emails or phones. It really is a mistake to choose them.

very bad service and products, a 14-month-old fridge is no longer useful, I contacted the company of san juan del rio on June 1 until today, June 6, nobody came, nobody spoke to me 'I had to find a private technician after losing many food, they gave me report number 752544 from 1-6-2017 at 12.21 pm, I have never bought a product of this pseudo brand in my life, I need to have a business in Queretaro not 1000 kilometers away, the worst of the worst
