Good place to stay with kids

Resort is nice but dated. People are nice but you must account for everything and sign for it. I am used to this but this resort makes it feel cheap by signing for anything! Beds were uncomfortable and couch was very firm, uncomfortable. The pooi was nice but cold and no hot tub. The resort is ok but is a low end of resorts.

In general, La Rinconada is a beautiful hotel that all the tourist and people of here need to visit, the rooms are very comfortable, the pools are amazing and the people that work there are so harmfu.

The service was excellent, lovely rooms and very very very Nice drinks, snacks was delicious too

Location and rooms are ok. Tv does not have good resolution. The pool is freezing
