I see that there is a lot of negative rating, and not even then they draw attention to your reception staff. Rude, angry, late, bad treatment, intolerant etc. They put the hospital very bad. On the other hand, the treatment and professionalism of Dr. Mauricio Rosales, is what makes me continue to come to the place, an excellent doctor, very human and always gives good diagnoses and medications. It is on another level. Hopefully they will change and train the staff who work there, they serve as if they were doing you a favor, since it is a private hospital. What a shame!

The five stars go to Dr. Sepúlveda, pediatric surgeon. Always successful in his diagnoses and treatments, he has a wonderful and careful treatment with children, very patient, he explains every question in detail and his treatment is warm, something that is greatly appreciated.

The receptionists are not capable of giving good information, they go off to eat and leave the patients there as if they were not there. Terrible attention !! 😒

Incompetent receptionists.

The doctors are of very good quality, but the receptionists service leaves a lot to be desired, they don't say hello, they seem to do you a favor to assist you, they leave the reception alone from 2:00 to 4:30 why they go out to eat! There are about 3 receptionists and they leave at the same time? and nobody else attends, they lack a lot of customer service training and empathy for customers hopefully they improve
