Good day. I have been a Liverpool customer for 53 years, by family tradition since 1949. Today was the first time I went to a Liverpool (San Juan del Rio) during the pandemic. I'm sorry for the attention and the treatment; I am not referring to the regulations due to the current situation, but to the attitudes in the service: the policewoman for access, the lady from whom I asked for information to get to the candy department and the lady for care in said department.
