Bad attention, 1 cashier for a line of 10 people or more, it takes 1 hour to spend with an executive and 1 hour to go to the cashier. It takes personnel and carry out the procedures in a more agile way.

Only branch in Veracruz, they give their importance and I'm not a member, only a family deposit and a lot of transportation expenses ... Error in the schedule of Saturday, open at 10:00 in the morning.
