Florist that is not serious about the service it offers. I requested a flower arrangement and it was delivered with a broken base. They did not repair the damaged material !!!! For 3 days they answered me saying that they were going to replace it, but it was not true. Now they don't even answer the phone. Clients have the right to be offered a quality service. That's why they get paid! Muguete Florist does NOT.
