They may have a good product. But everything is overshadowed by their AWFUL service. They do not deliver on time, much less form. If they set the delivery dates themselves, why don't they comply? The pandemic is not an obstacle after 9 months in the same situation. My furniture will be liquidated in mid-November for delivery in mid-December and 1. It did not arrive complete (they were living room and dining room, the dining room did not arrive as requested and the room did not arrive) 2. They set a date 26 to complete and now it turns out that for January 5 ??? If you are going to put your "clause" of 20% for cancellation, I recommend you first do your part well before.

HORRIBLE the service they bring here they don't deliver on time, they deliver what they want, they get upset, there is no friendly and respectable customer service (rude ladies). Recommendation DO NOT BUY HERE

They don't BUY, they don't deliver things on time and they still bother to make a mistake, you can wait more than a two months after the delivery date and they don't care
