I asked if the doctor who would attend had not yet arrived, and the young lady with short hair at the reception told me that the doctor fills his time. In bad taste, he tells me I'm going to check, he goes to the doctor's offices, he goes to reception and returns with the file. I mean he hadn't even passed it and I was waiting and then not an apology for his carelessness. Terrible attention from her.
