Awesome!!!

All good, all nice, good service

You can't leave anything at the hotel, because when they come in to do the cleaning they check the boksas and take the things and the money. My stay was from August 25 to 28 in the Agustinillo room.

The very nice hotel, the comfortable and comfortable facilities, although it is not a beach hotel is very close to the main bay of Zicatela. The attention is magnificent, everyone is very helpful and attentive; I had a setback in my trip and they offered all kinds of solutions. The only thing that fails a bit is the breakfast included, since it does not give the option to choose dishes.

Everything is lousy, starting with the receptionist who made the collection and blocked my credit card wrong, in the bathrooms the water does not drain and when you report it they do nothing to fix it, I ended up using the ground floor ones, in the restaurant they have few options, in the pool the water is very dirty and the windows not to mention, the service is lousy in general.
