Bad. Poor toilet, no hot water but staff say yes. The dirty green pool. They do not sell food in the hotel and do not give notice of it in advance. The only good thing the view of trees. But it is by no means worth the fee they charge. There is no management or responsible person to talk to. You stay at the good of God. I am not coming back.
Very nice hotel to spend the night, it has a beautiful view. Due to the pandemic they do not have restaurant or room service, so I suggest equipping yourself with food for dinner or breakfast if you do not want to leave the hotel. Unfortunately they turn up the music too much during the night avoiding rest, perhaps to attract guests to the cocktail night
Very nice place, super quiet and the best thing is the hospitality and good treatment of all the workers.
Very very nice hotel; spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice facade and its interior details. In harmony with nature and with delicious views of the forest. The staff was very friendly at all times. It has vast and secure parking. Unfortunately, they do not offer restaurant service (I do not know if it is because of the pandemic), as it would be a cherry on the cake, to enjoy a romantic dinner as a couple.
Highly recommended Excellent location. Good service. Price-quality commensurate. Spacious room with panoramic view. English speaking staff. 3 min from downtown. With free parking.
