We booked a room on the same day and probably we got the last and worst room they had.
The room was really cold, without hot water (the owner told us to wait a bit more, so the cold water goes first, but after 20 minutes there was still cold water), no lightbulbs in the bathroom (the owner put one when we mentioned that), no working wifi and in general the room looked really bad (empty walls). The bed mattress had a plastic cover, so any move on it was super noisy.
We finally decided that this place is impossible to stay and we told the owner that we cannot accept this room. They didn't have another one. Unfortunately it was 10pm, was raining and there was no other place available in the town, but we preferred 'an adventure' than staying there. (eventually we have found another hotel)
Fortunately we were not charged for the booking.

The hotel is very good, good price, good facilities, excellent service from the people who attend, they were for us so that we did not get lost, it has a beautiful view towards the main church. If you are going to see the butterflies in the mountains, it is a good option to get to tlapujagua. The only thing is that the church bells sound very loud hehe but I think in any hotel.
It is a hotel with a very good service from its owners, very comfortable, quiet and excellent service.
