Best hotel to visit, located in downtown huatulco. We enjoyed our stay very much and the hotel owners also own a flower shop and they recommended plenty of places while we were staying there.

The place is clean and has everything you need to rest and have a comfortable stay. It is located in a central and busy area so it was not easy to locate the place the first time, maybe a bigger and more striking sign would be good and it does not have parking. For the price it seems like a good option

We made the reservation by booking, my partner got sick with covid and for that reason we requested a change of dates, which was not a refund of money ... Unfortunately this hotel refused to change dates so I lost the reservation money . It seems unfair to me that they ask that there be tourism, that we go to hotels so that we can all help each other to get out economically as well as possible and then they are not able to make a simple change of date in the situation we are in. A lack of humanity and empathy for this establishment.

The air conditioning did not work. Cleaning is fine. It is a place that agrees with the price

It is new, only it does not have hot water and there is no parking but from there it is very good
