At the beginning of 2020, all the advisers were fired because of the Covid, and new advisers were hired. After almost 1 year the new advisers continue to give much to be desired. :-( They are slow, they lack more mobility, organize themselves better, sometimes there are no consultants in the office, calling them by phone is almost impossible, they do not communicate with you.
