Little serious, on January 14 I made a reservation at this hotel for two nights through hotels.com, the establishment confirmed the reservation but upon arrival at the facilities the employees denied me the service arguing that they had no rooms available, as well as that the price offered in the application did not correspond to the real price of the rooms and that the failure was due to poor communication between the "owners" of the place and the reception staff, it is a lack of respect on the part of the hotel due to the little training that your employees have, I recommend taking other options to avoid inconveniences of this nature.

To spend the night is fine. Although in the bathtub the door faces the bed and the doors are made of glass

When the staff arrives, DO NOT wear a mask. The place looks good in photos, but it is not quite clean. Very hard bed, very old blankets and towels.

Very good facilities and it is appreciated that the staff is very respectful of the guest's privacy
