I had a terrible experience with this provider. 1.- My order arrived two and a half hours late. They never called me to notify me, they only sent an email two hours after the delay mentioning that they would make a larger arrangement than I paid due to the inconvenience of the delay. 2.-The staff was not trained to give me a justification for the delay and with a terrible service attitude to attend to a dissatisfied client, they simply said that they did not take care of that, they only made the arrangements and there was no supervisor and I was in charge to give me an explanation of why the lack of communication. 3.- To top it all, when my arrangement arrived, it had nothing to do with the one I bought.

Floral arrangements business with very good attention Costs are high but the flowers are of great quality wedding arrangements birthday anniversaries home delivery with card payments and cash good attention from the kids
