Terrible service, no one was friendly. Window staff all like robots, mechanics, but always on the cell phone. As if I were interrupting them. The worst security guard, to abort, yelled at us from outside the terminal. "Pass to abort", as if we were animals. And according to, OCC (Omnibuses Cristobal Colon) is an ADO company, which is distinguished by good customer service in kindness.

In truth lousy service of the security gentlemen, they will not let me carry my suitcase because depending on why size exceeded what is allowed, I only wear clothes from my work ... But, if they allow you to approach people in a drunken state and the Guard to tell them to go easy, (which was worth it, since they had music on their cell phones, talking nonsense, they entered the bathroom and left everything dirty ... But anyway ... I forget that we are in Yautepec. .. Anything can happen ..
