Bad organization, the trucks leave as they arrive, not according to the departure time. Example comes first the one of 7 and 7:30 that the one of the 6!, The people of the 6 on board at 8. When the one of the 7 and 7:30 had already left. Does it sound illogical? Well, that's how they work.
