The first time I went they treated me very well and they were very kind, later after I made my order through WhatsApp and I did not have the best of experiences, they have been trying to validate my payment for two days, when I called them to provide me with information about my order A very rude girl named Mariana Lara attended, when I asked for her name, I changed her tone of voice, I think that these types of attitudes are not worth it, I understand that it may be stress due to the fact that they have enough people, but pay attention the customer must always be focused on the best deal ... hopefully they can correct this type of attitudes and improve their service, the store is very clean.

I find their service very pessimistic starting with WhatsApp, employees unable to provide a good service since they answer equally, nor do they answer good morning or afternoon, I do not see the support for the economy if they make you spin in vain, since they don't they know how to explain their system I do not recommend a visit to this store at all It is preferable to go directly to an official store like this on the other side of the world.

Customer service can be improved, your employees seem to assume you already know how the Price Shoes service works, but as a new customer you didn't really know how it worked and they didn't bother to explain. I only wanted information about the price of a product and one of her employees simply wanted to charge me once ... And I was like this: "I just wanted to know the price" and the employee pointing to the computer saying "there it is and it is so much the total, we do not accept card payments ". Ok, maybe they have a lot of people or they get stressed and that is understood, but when you are a new customer, you cannot guess how the procedures work. The place is good, clean and tidy, they respect the indications for the contingency.
