This place was amazing. We did not know what to expect but the waiter/owner did an amazing job. He speaks English very well. He was very helpful, and made welcome suggestions. The food was amazing. He only does one dish with beef and bacon, that comes with sides. I suggest the cooked cheese, the Spanish sausage, and the guacamole. Would suggest to anyone but get the small there is a lot of great food and cold beer that come with the dish!!! Would definitely go again!!!

Such a great experience for foodies visiting in Guadalajara. The owner is friendly and rightfully very proud of his food. He was patient in explaining how he prepares his Carne en su Jugo dish and how his method differs from others'. The food was delicious and one of the best meals that I've had in Mexico. The broth was very hot and full of amazing flavor. It also had a minimal amount of grease/fat. The service was excellent and very attentive. The atmosphere is very family-friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to come back again in my next visit to Guadalajara.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere!!! Looking forward to my next visit. Really enjoyed how my waiter Cesar explained how the food is prepared. The presentation is like a smorgasbord of deliciousness.

Excellent Guadalajara cuisine with excellent service! The owner is so passionate about his food and takes very good care of his customers. I recommend it!

First of all, this was the best meal I had in Guadalajara. Second, I can’t remember the last time I felt so welcomed in a restaurant. Ceasar and his wife have created a real experience here. I can’t promise that he’ll do your numerology (he did it for my date and I), but I can promise you will absolutely love this place and this food!
