In my experience, it is one of the few collection firms that see their employees as human beings, managers are very open. The work is fun and the work environment is super quiet.

Very bad attention and unprofessionalism from their representatives, they take the collection very personal and say they are graduates when most are not, when you speak to them with legal terms they get upset and start insulting and hang up the call, in addition to their bad spelling When they contact you by WhatsApp, not even because the autocorrect exists 👎
