Casa Nuevo León Hotel

Do not stay at this hotel. We noticed they were spraying for bugs after we checked in. Then they lost their power and water. All other businesses and bldgs next to them and near them did not. Staff confirmed we would be refunded and we were moved to another property, but not the same value of room. To date we have rec'd no refund and they have stopped responding to polite email requests for any update. Our stay was a month and a half ago. A refund should take less than 5 minutes to process. They are liars and thieves. Buyer beware.

Visited the restaurant for drinks and food on Sunday. Lovely corner, excellent seats outside. Great friendly service and tasty food. Awesome tomatoes! 👍 mixed menu with some great choices. Salmon, tomato soup and capresse salad . Will come back.

Don't waste your money on this place. You can get something so much better for what you pay here. Constant electrical issues causing power and water shortage, super hot and no thermostat to adjust temp. Staff ignores your requests, the manager Diana posts her number so you can contact her if you have issues only to ignore your calls and emails. No elevator and no one available to assist you to carry bags to top floors. Unfortunately we found out the hard way.

Everything was just perfect even these dirty windows, no thermostat, no air conditioning, no elevator and no one speaks there English. It’s more like Airbnb than a feeling of staying in a hotel. Definitely overpriced. Luckily there was a mega friendly waiter from a restaurant which is on the ground floor who helped us enormously with solving few issues. Gracias senõr!
