Lack of customer service. It is impossible to place an order by phone or internet. In person they only gave me excuses because I did not receive the information I requested. The estimated delivery time is totally different. To conclude the tubs come without a manual. The only thing I hope is that I can find the correct way to install it and that it works.
Excellent attention, they handle several models at good prices and good equipment. The only and very important detail is that when I received my tub, I realized that the tubs on display are of better quality than the one delivered to me.
