The treatment is horrible, the service is terrible and they are super slow for everything and they do not have the slightest attention to the elderly I do not recommend it but it is the only branch that can serve you in Tulancingo

PESIMO SERVICE, in order not to have red numbers in attention in boxes, they make people form in a row when they already have a shift and you must wait 30 minutes to stop when they are still taking turns on the screens and to to compensate for their negligent attention they make another line of people who only have a single operation less than 10 thousand, without considering the elderly people, the people who may meanwhile be solving some pending with their executives and who also is a client of the Bank. NEFASTOS because anyone tells you that nothing can be done BUT when the bosses are EYE you have to check when you see them really doing their jobs is when there is someone of higher rank and they want to look good, then the attention is different.
